Helping SaaS companies master cash flow, reporting, and fundraising without hiring a full-time CFO.
I’m Noah Wright — a CPA who turns financial chaos into clarity.I began my career in public accounting as an auditor, where I learned how to build and analyze financial statements that stand up to scrutiny. After a few years, I moved into industry as a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing telecommunications company, gaining firsthand experience in scaling operations, managing cash flow, and supporting strategic leadership decisions.
Those experiences inspired me to launch Wright CFO Advisory. My mission is to give early-stage and growth SaaS companies the kind of finance function they need to scale—without the cost of a full-time CFO.
From cash-runway forecasting to ARR/MRR tracking and investor-ready reporting, I bring a practical, data-driven approach that helps founders make decisions with confidence. Whether you’re preparing for your next funding round or simply need clean numbers every month, I provide the structure, analysis, and insight that let you focus on growth.

1. Discover
We start with a no-obligation discovery call to understand your goals, growth stage, and current financial setup. You’ll share access to your existing accounting system or key reports, allowing us to identify gaps and opportunities.
2. Setup
Next, we organize your books, implement any needed software (like Xero or reporting tools), and build a tailored P&L, cash-runway model, and recurring-revenue tracking. This one-time setup creates the foundation for accurate, actionable numbers.
3. Advise
Each month, we deliver updated financial statements, cash-flow forecasts, and SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, burn rate). We review results in a monthly strategy call where we highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities so you can make informed decisions quickly.
